131500 Transport Infoline – Design Integrity Review

The report documents the findings and recommendations of the third expert review of the 131500 info website design proposal, prepared to update the design and make the site compliant with the NSW Government Style Directive Version 4.0.

The objective of the report was to ensure that recommendations and findings of previous expert reviews were adhered to and incorporated into an proposed design update. The design proposals were reviewed for design consistency as well as potential usability issues caused by the design changes. Furthermore, the report provided some feedback on the efforts of aligning the Transport Infoline website with the NSW Government Website Style Directive and potential issues that this may cause, as well as some general guidance in terms of interface design.
